Crazy Horse Flu

For those who follow me on Twitter (which you all should), you would be enlightened by the knowledge that the highlight of my last Monday was buying a chap stick (in addition to all my other useless 140 character ramblings). But don't deny that you don't look forward to my tweets. Honestly though, I am terribly sick. Not sick enough to warrant a viral picture of me on Facebook in hospital gathering likes in exchange for prayers, but sick enough that my insides feel like they're dying and my lips feel like sandpaper. So when I came across the buy 1 get 1 free chap stick packet, it felt like I was buying a Prada coat for my lips. Almost.

Saint Augustine shirt
Less is More jumper
Dylan Cooper tie
Sass and Bide jeans
Givenchy brogues
Leather jacket from a random Asian store
But I think one of the best cures for being sick is to dress amazingly - it might fool your body into thinking it was better! Also on the off-chance that I am terminally ill, I wouldn't want the last outfit I wore to be my hot pink Juicy Couture tracksuit. Would you?

And for those perceptive ones who notice everything, yes I am wearing the same jumper in the last post. Have mercy fashion gods. But can you blame me? The big slouchy knit has naturally become my go to winter staple. Funnily enough it's called Less is More, which hardly fits in my style mantra. Will the designer persecute me for stepping away from his aesthetic? Hope not. I also want to bring to light the lovely boutique Crazy Horse which I got it from located in Newtown - they also have free shipping for orders over $20 on their online store! It's basically free shipping. But technically not. But realistically yes. And everyone loves free shipping.

  1. Oh goodness, I hope you start feeling better soon :< Chapstick is a godsend.. Vaseline makes me feel like I've got oily lips haha. Aww look at your tie, you look a dapper schoolboy :3 I'd probably roll over my grave if I was dressed in a Juicy Couture tracksuit... but clothes are such a cunning decoy, I agree!

  9. Boo, being really sick is horrible! (Hope you're okay now!) I absolutely agree to the 'dressing impeccably' when sick, its as if my fancy exterior will act as a compromise to how shitty I really feel :(

On the note of impeccable-ness, I'm loving your style~
